Join Us for a Joyful AMIA Sisters' Bus Trip!

Dear Sisters of AMIA,

We warmly invite you to embark on a delightful and inspiring bus adventure, where joy, lasting memories, and sisterly bonds await! Embracing the essence of unity, as the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) remarked, "The believers are like one body: when one part is in pain, the whole body feels it." (Sahih Muslim). Together, we will honor the strength of our sisterhood, support each other, and create unforgettable experiences filled with laughter. This journey is more than just travel—it’s a chance to come together, reinforce our connections, and celebrate the beauty of Islam.

This outing is planned exclusively for Muslim Sisters (teenage AMIA Sisters of age 15+ are welcome), set for Saturday, 22nd of February, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Together, we’ll explore the scenic sights, share laughter, and embrace the tranquility of this beautiful region.

To make this adventure truly yours, all registered sisters will form a group to finalize the itinerary, including lunch arrangements and activities. Lunch can be delivered to a chosen spot at the time decided by the group. For those who wish to add a touch of sweetness, you’re welcome to bring along sweets to share (optional).

Here’s a tentative/temporary itinerary to inspire our day:

• 7:00 AM: Departure from Meeting Point + Breakfast on the Bus
• 9:00 AM: Arrival at Macedon Ranges
• 9:15 AM: Arrival at Hanging Rock Reserve
• • + Islamic Reflections Session
• 9:45 AM: Guided Nature Walk & Light Activities
• 12:00 PM: Lunch at a Scenic Picnic Area
• 1:00 PM: Visit Mount Macedon Lookout
• 2:00 PM: Depart for Daylesford
• 2:30 PM: Relaxation at Jubilee Lake Park, Daylesford and Dhuhr+Asr Salah
• 4:00 PM: Departure for the Meeting Point
• 5:00 PM: Return to Meeting Point

The sisters will plan the day entirely, while the brothers will assist wherever needed.

At this stage, the proposed cost is $50 per person, which is only preliminary and subject to change. The final cost will be shared equally among all participants once expenses are assessed. A minimum of 40 sisters is required to make this trip viable.
